Key Responsibilities: Manage insurance claims from initial lodgement through to project completion. Coordinate make-safe works, estimators, assessors, and trades as required. Submit claims for approval and liaise with insurers, supervisors, and customers throughout the process. Coordinate project commencement following insurer approval and monitor progress through to completion. Review subcontractor invoices, verify sign-offs, and submit approved invoices for payment. To be successful: Previous experience in insurance building or insurance restoration (2-3 years preferred). Sound understanding of residential construction and repair processes.
